Hey there!
I have a few things to share with you!
1) The Trump Trauma Resourcing Group wrapped up this week. It was a lovely group of good people who inspired me to take the reflection questions and grounding practices we explored together and turn them into a card deck. The deck is full of ideas and tools to help you chill out, reflect, connect to yourself and others, take deep breaths, and otherwise get grounded during this chaotic, stressful regime. Because these tools are so important for our well-being, I’m sharing them freely, no paywall. Get your resourcing on here! And feel free to share this link with anyone who would benefit.
2) I painted the floor in the basement! (Well, most of it.) I started documenting the process in pictures to share with y’all (see below). 3) Anahata’s Purpose, the magical witchy wellness music festival I’m facilitating at starts in one week! If you’ve been procrastinating on getting your ticket, now’s the time!! There’s a little more info and poster below.
4) I am so lucky to have the time and funds to take a Figure Drawing and wheel throwing pottery class this Fall, and I’m excited to share some of the stuff I’m learning and working on with y’all!
Okay, so now pictures! In a classic case of forgot-to-get-a-before-picture, I don’t have a good picture that shows the tiles the floor was covered in before I took a hammer and scraper to them.
